Overview

The scorecards at the top of the Executive Summary Dashboard can be customized to reflect the KPIs that matter most to each client. You can add standard platform metrics or Custom Metrics, remove scorecards that aren’t relevant, and rearrange the order in which they appear on the dashboard.

Step 1: Add a Scorecard

  1. Click Manage Custom Cards in the upper-right corner above the Executive Summary scorecards.
  2. The Manage Custom Cards window will open to the Add Cards tab.
  3. From this view, find the metric you want to add. You can:
    • Search for a specific metric using the search bar.
    • Expand your connected Paid Media, Analytics, or Shopify data sources to browse available metrics.
    • Select from your existing Custom Metrics.
Custom Metrics available here can include Custom Filtered Metrics, Custom Calculated Metrics, Goals/Targets, and metrics created from Google Sheet data sources.
  1. Check the box to the right of the metric you want to add.
  2. Click Save Configuration.
Your new metric will appear in the last scorecard position on the Executive Summary Dashboard.

Step 2: Remove or Rearrange Scorecards

Click Manage Custom Cards again. When the window opens, select the Manage Cards tab.

Remove a Scorecard

Click the trash can icon to the right of any scorecard you want to remove.
Note: Removing a scorecard only removes it from the Executive Summary Dashboard. It does not delete the underlying metric from SuperOrbital.

Rearrange Scorecards

Use the drag handle to the left of each metric name to click, hold, and drag your scorecards into the desired order. The order displayed within the Manage Cards list determines the order in which the scorecards appear on the Executive Summary Dashboard. Once you’re finished, click Save Configuration.

Important: Scorecard Configuration Is Shared

Executive Summary scorecard configuration is set at the account level, not the individual user level. Any changes you make will be visible to all users with access to the client’s workspace, including both client users and Lunar users.
